Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping option chosen.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dripstix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@dripstixusa.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Cancellations

Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. If you cancel after the billing cycle, the cancellation will take effect the next billing cycle.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they are already being processed for shipping.

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until canceled by you or Dripstix.

The subscription billing cycle is monthly. You will be billed on the same day each month based on your initial subscription date.

Price Changes

Dripstix reserves the right to change subscription fees for any of our subscriptions at any time. Any price change will take effect in the next billing cycle after the price change is communicated to you.
